At ZenSpend, your privacy is our highest priority. ZenSpend is designed from the ground up as a 100% offline, serverless personal finance application. We do not operate external servers, and we NEVER collect, transmit, or sell your personal financial data.

1. Information We Handle

ZenSpend operates exclusively on your local device:

• Transaction & Budget Records: All expense entries, income logs, category budgets, daily spending limits, and monthly records are stored 100% locally on your device using encrypted local storage.

• Zero Sensitive Permissions: ZenSpend does NOT request, access, or collect your SMS messages, call logs, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location. Your device privacy is completely untouched.

• Optional Clipboard Helper: If you copy a transaction amount or expense summary from another app, ZenSpend can optionally recognize numbers and amounts locally in-memory on your phone to assist with 1-tap quick logging. Clipboard content is processed entirely on your device and is NEVER saved, transmitted, or shared over the internet.

2. Zero Server Transmission

ZenSpend does not require an account, email address, password, phone number, or cloud login. There are zero remote databases or cloud servers collecting or monitoring your financial habits.

3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

ZenSpend displays non-intrusive advertisements using Google AdMob to support free app maintenance and updates. Google AdMob may collect anonymized device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / AD_ID) and diagnostic data for ad serving and fraud prevention in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Control & Deletion

You maintain 100% ownership and control over your financial data. You can export your data to CSV / JSON format at any time or permanently wipe all app records immediately using the "Clear All App Data" feature inside Settings.

5. Terms of Service

ZenSpend is provided "as is" for personal expense logging and budget planning purposes. Users are responsible for maintaining local CSV/JSON backups of their records.
